Teenage Girl Survives Plunge From Golden Gate Bridge
A teenage girl was rescued from San Francisco Bay this morning after jumping or falling from the Golden Gate Bridge, a fire department dispatcher said.
San Francisco fire and police departments joined a U.S. Coast Guard response to a report of a person who had hit the water after falling or jumping 220 feet from the Golden Gate Bridge at about 10:55 a.m., the dispatcher said.
